The REMM Group was established in 1978 by Robert M. Taylor with the objective of providing property management services to institutions, syndications, developers and large independent property owners. The REMM Group is headquartered in Anaheim Hills, California.

The organizational structure of The REMM Group is similar to a law firm whereby each Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) has direct responsibility for his or her real estate projects under guidelines of corporate policy. The firm is accountable to the client.

Prior to their association with The REMM Group, each property manager held a position as a senior property manager or officer with a major corporation, with responsibility for the performance of extensive portfolios. REMM Property Managers are self-starters who take pride in the appearance and economic performance of the property under their management and exhibit a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks.

The growth of The REMM Group has been strategically planned with emphasis on quality personnel directed towards the objective of meeting the needs of each client. The REMM Group has in excess of 100 management accounts--inclusive of industrial parks, residential communities, shopping centers, and office buildings. Our consulting activities for large corporations are primarily focused in the Western United States.
